Day 4: Getting Stronger…I think

Had a great workout today. Getting better at it. More balance, easier to do the exercises and definitely building more strength. Sure, it’s day 4, but, hey, any little bit counts! Actually did a metabolism test to find out my threshold and at what “zones” I should be working in. Really good info. Time to get on with it and move on toward the goals. May have to change the goal to a bit of a baby step like a 5k. Then up to an endurance race. We’ll see how the holidays push this.

    I just enrolled at a local gym and am also trying to work on building up strength and cardiovascular endurance. Haha, and yes, every little bit *does* count in keeping you motivated. Keep it up, buddy! :-)
